Garden Visitors

A small flock of Long Tailed Tits are infrequent visitors to the bird feeders.

A small bird with a tail often longer than its body. (The gap in the fence boards is 40mm!)

DUMPING RUBBISH (fly-tipping.)

One of the scourges of the countryside – fly-tipping of rubbish to avoid paying for disposal. This was ‘left’ on the track to the quarry – another totally irresponsible act.

Swans,Geese and Ducks everywhere.

Whooper Swans, on their journey north, join up with thirty plus overwintering Mute swans and dozens of ducks on the Loch.

Meanwhile thousands of Pink-footed geese are heading in the same direction.
