There are a few Whooper Swans left on the Loch, shortly to be heading back north for the summer. They will appear again in the autumn migrating south for the winter.
A small flock of Long Tailed Tits are infrequent visitors to the bird feeders.A small birdwith a tail often longer than its body. (The gap in the fence boards is 40mm!)
One of the scourges of the countryside – fly-tipping of rubbish to avoid paying for disposal. This was ‘left’ on the track to the quarry – another totally irresponsible act. Any information can be forwarded via – info@corbyloch.co.uk.
